Counselling by Courtenay

I have always been fascinated with Psychology and the helping professions.  After my undergraduate studies, I pursued a specialised, intensive Honour's Degree, becoming proficient in both the academic and practical elements of Counselling. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, practising as a Registered Counsellor.

I provide a comprehensive set of services to offer support as clients navigate their personal health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results that allow them to push forward with a new, positive mindset. My counselling approach is not only tailored specifically to each client, but is also rooted in sound Psychological research.
